Inaugural Summer Boot Camp

This summer marks the first CRL Summer Boot Camp(July 13-17) with intensive day courses offered in anatomy, bioinformatics, genetics, forensics, and biostatistics.  Courses were taught by graduate-level faculty and offered lectures and hands-on laboratory activities. Twenty-five undergraduates signed up for these courses and our preliminary feedbackindicates that the effort was successful. Funds from the Summer Boot Camp went, in part, towards covering the yearly operating expenses of the Cobb Research Laboratory. We hope to expand the number of courses next year and offer them at several academic levels. More pictures on page 4 ****
